Kourtney Kardashian feels she's finally found a healthy work-life balance.
The 40-year-old reality TV star - who has Mason, 10, Penelope, seven, and Reign, five, with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick - has revealed she felt like she was "on a hamster wheel" earlier in her career.
Kourtney shared: "I feel like I've finally got to the place where I can balance being a mom and working. I've always done both obviously, but it used to be where I would work a lot more. So I've really shifted my focus."
Kourtney is determined to ensure she's able to spend quality time with her children.
The brunette beauty told E! News: "My kids have always been my top priority, but I never had time with them after school to, you know, do their homework or go to their activities.
"They all really need one-on-one time with me, so making an effort to do something is time consuming. It's like my whole life."
Kourtney also confessed to feeling "really unhappy" at times in her career.
She recalled: "I felt like I was on a hamster wheel. I just felt like something needed to change."
Meanwhile, Kourtney recently hailed her sister Kim Kardashian West, revealing she's played a crucial role in her beauty regimen.
Kourtney explained: "I would say in the past three years I really started taking care of my skin in a way that has made a difference.
"Being consistent with facials and treatments, as well as at-home care such as face masks and the products I now use, have all really made a difference. I do try (but haven't been doing my best lately) at really feeding my skin from the inside out, with intention.
"So I guess more like 37 was my year to really step it up with my skin, all encouraged by Kim, who told me to start being proactive and give it some love."
