Kit Harington says it was "easy to fall in love" with Rose Leslie.
The 29-year-old actor - who met Rose, 29, on the set of 'Game of Thrones' - is so glad she was cast as his character Jon Snow's love interest.
When asked what was his favourite series of 'Game of Thrones' to shoot, he told L'Uomo Vogue magazine: "Because the country [Iceland] is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love.
"If you're already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love."
Meanwhile, Rose previously revealed she is unlikely to reunite with her boyfriend on screen again as she wants to be known for her acting skills and not just by association to him.
She shared: "I think we leave it at that. We had such a fabulous time working together on 'Thrones'.
"I think it's important to do your own projects that mean a lot to you individually, rather than be associated with someone else. I'm a big believer in doing your own thing."
And Kit's appearance on the HBO series caused a stir amongst fans as he was seen left for dead at the end of previous series, and whilst it has now been revealed that he is alive, he previously teased fans by insisting he would just return as a corpse.
When asked why he was spotted in Belfast with the rest of the cast, he said: "I was playing a corpse. I was there for a little bit, I was there for about a month or two months, it was spread over a bit and I was playing a corpse ...
"I won't tell you how many episodes I'm lying dead but it's enough that I was out there for quite a while. It's going to be so satisfying when you see it and you realise that I was telling the truth the whole time."
