The 36-year-old reality star opened up to her friends and family during Sunday's (06.11.16) episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', claiming that she feels "crazy", and finds the condition "debilitating".

She told her friend Jonathan Cheban: "I've been having anxiety lately. I am not this person."

And added to her mother Kris Jenner: "My mind does go crazy. When you get into your own head it's scary and you don't want to let it get to the next step," Kris responded. "That's debilitating... and you can't live life."

The news comes after it was revealed in the same episode that Kim's half-sister Kendall Jenner has been suffering from anxiety brought on by her sleep paralysis.

Kris told cameras: "It's really ironic that Kim and Kendall are going through similar things. Maybe there's a way they can help each other manage their anxiety."

She then added to Kim: "I think we should find somebody for you two to talk to. So this doesn't get bigger than it already is."

And Kim - who has two children, North, three, and Saint, 11 months, with husband Kanye West - added that she wants to "take back" her life.

She said: "I really pride myself in fully having my s**t together all the time. With how bad things are with Kendall, she has to get this under control.

"I think about it all the time, it drives me crazy. I just want to get passed my anxiety and live life... I never had anxiety and I want to take back my life."

The news of 21-year-old Kendall's sleep paralysis was first revealed in a promotional clip, in which the model described it as "the scariest thing in the entire world".

She explained to Kim: "It's like you're asleep, and then in the middle of the night...basically, your mind wakes up but your body is still asleep. You wake up, and nothing can move.

"It's the scariest thing in the entire world, you're freaking out because all you want to do is be able to move, so you're laying there, trying to move, trying to relax."
