The 35-year-old beauty is relieved the 32-year-old star, who has three children with her sister Kourtney, appears to be getting his life back on track after seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse for the fourth time last month.

She said: "Every time we [see him], he's back to his old self and he's so happy. But it's an adjustment. I don't want to say anything too soon.

"He's tried [rehab] a couple of times [before]. But this [most recent stay was] the first time he's ever spent weeks and weeks somewhere. We love Scott, and we're so happy he's getting help. We hope for the best."

While the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star still supports Scott, she is proud of Kourtney, 36, for ending their relationship in July for the sake of their children, Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign, 11 months.

She told PEOPLE magazine: "It's been the same cycle with those two, the same issues and the same cycle for 10 years. Kourtney finally stood up for herself and said, 'I have kids now and I don't want to be a bad example for them.' She really has taken that stand and been so amazing.

"I admire how she's wanted to just make the right decisions. And I love to see her journey. It's a hard one right now, but I think it's bettering the family."

Meanwhile, Kim isn't stressed that she and husband Kanye West, who already have two-year-old daughter North, still haven't decided on a name for their unborn son even though she is set to give birth next month.

She explained: "It's like the last thing that Kanye and I did when North was born. We didn't name her for like seven days. I feel like it will just come to us.

"[We ask her], 'What should we name baby brother?' [She says], 'Baby brother!' "
