The 41-year-old star insists she's now come to accept her imperfections, adding that she now puts her health before her appearance.
Kim - who has North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three, with ex-husband Kanye West - shared: "I’m at peace with not being perfect and I wasn’t like that before.
"I hate my hands - they’re wrinkly and gross. But I’ve lived life and I’ve changed so many diapers with these hands and I’ve snuggled my babies with these hands, so I’m okay with them. [Getting older] doesn’t mean that I won’t strive for perfection, but you get to a point where you’re like, ‘Okay, my health is more important than anything else.'"
Kim has built a business empire on the back of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', her family's reality TV series.
But the brunette beauty has always retained an underdog mentality.
Asked how she sees herself as an underdog, Kim told the August 2022 issue of Allure magazine: "Being on a reality show and that’s not respected.
"Feeling like I need to work harder to show you guys that I’m not the person you think."
Kim has been working towards becoming a lawyer in recent years, and the reality star accepts that her fame might not last forever.
Asked what happens when her fame disappears, Kim - who is dating comedian Pete Davidson - replied: "It would be amazing to retire being Kim K and just be a lawyer. But if it all went away, I would be just as happy.
"I would want people to walk away and be like, ‘She was a good person, and she did some good things.’"
