Khloe Kardashian's friends and family staged a 'marital intervention' to persuade her to file for divorce from husband Lamar Odom.
The reality TV star, who ended her marriage to the former basketball star in December after he allegedly cheated on her and used drugs, found it difficult to make the decision alone and sisters Kim and Kourtney joined friend Malika Haqq to give her advice.
Khloe was seen on 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' last night speaking to Kim, who told her: "You will feel guilty for awhile, thinking, is there more I could have done?"
She added that she felt guilty for "a year" after separating from her second husband, Kris Humpries, after just 72 days of marriage, to which Khloe replied: "Oh, stop. This is torture. I can't!"
The episode saw Khloe, 29, and her family discussing her troubled marriage to Lamar, 34, who has only been heard during phone calls during the recent series.
Kim opened up to viewers and said: "As much as I love Lamar, it's just so hard to see your sister live in this relationship where you don't know when she's going to speak to him next."
She said Khloe had given up her life for the past couple of years to try and get her marriage back on track and claims watching the situation unfold was "heart-breaking."
Khloe admitted: "For me, it's hard to make a decision just alone" and Kim assured her they wanted to help, as she wiped away tears and said: "We know it's hard on you. You've told him, 'Come fix this marriage!' "
Later on, Kris Jenner told Khloe: "I heard you actually filed [for divorce] today", before telling the cameras, "It's so hard to watch my daughter go through this heartbreak."
