The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' beauty has been keeping a bedside vigil by her estranged husband Lamar Odom as he recovers from his illness and being far away from the Houston Rockets basketball player.
A source told PEOPLE magazine: "It hasn't been easy. James obviously has wanted to see her more and be with her in [Texas] more, but she's felt like she needed to stay in Los Angeles to be with her family and to deal with Lamar stuff. That has put some strain on things.
"She is with him now in Houston. She went to his game last night and bowling. They are still together and having fun."
The 31-year-old star and James have been plagued by rumours their relationship is on the rocks as they have not been seen together in public since November 8.
Meanwhile, Khloé recently defended her decision to cancel divorce proceedings with Lamar whilst he recovers.
She fumed: "You should have said those to the man who went against all our vows. Judge yourself. F**k off ...
"Divorce is still going forward. Doesn't mean I won't be there through sickness and health. I've proven that. Stop believing everything you read. Not my place to clear up every rumor. I think I know what I'm doing in my life. (sic)"
