The 31-year-old beauty - who called off her divorce from the star when he was hospitalised in Las Vegas last year - has revealed she and the former basketball professional were keen to have children during happier times in their marriage and would've considered adopting or fostering a kid.
Speaking on her talk show, 'Kocktails with Khloe', the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star said: "Lamar and I, we wanted to ... conceive, but we also wanted to adopt but also foster kids."
Khloe's dinner guests Kendall Jenner, Aisha Tyler, Brandi Glanville, Kym Whitley and Snoop Dogg reacted positively to her comments.
Rapper Snoop said: "You know, that's dope. That's dope."
Khloe's half-sister Kendall admitted her sibling would be a great mother because she did such a good job looking after her during her younger years when their mother Kris Jenner decided to pop out for lunch.
Kendall, 20, said: "She's really, really good with kids.
"When I was a kid she was like my second mom. My mom would leave and go to lunch every day because she knew Khloe would be there."
Khloe's dinner guests also supported her when she spoke about the criticism she has received for dating basketball professional James Harden after splitting from Lamar.
She said: "During my separation, I'm like, 'Ok I've been waiting of this divorce to go through, so now I want to date someone, but for women, you're so judged!
"And everyone's saying, 'Oh she's still married, and still dating.' I'm like, 'Why can men do this? No one throws stones at them! Why am I cast as some jezebel and some hoe?!' "
