The 31-year-old reality TV star has revealed her estranged husband - who was hospitalised last month after collapsing in a brothel in Crystal, Nevada - is making good progress with his recovery, but he still faces a tough journey ahead of him.

Khloé said: "[He's] doing better every day for sure - which is a blessing - but it's going to be a long road.

"And he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it's going to be a long time."

Khloé is currently busy promoting her new tell-all book, titled 'Strong Looks Better Naked', and has admitted she's struggling to manage her professional responsibilities with her personal situation.

She told NBC News: "As great as this book has been, it's really just bad timing.

"It's even uncomfortable for me sitting here doing something like this and I don't feel, like, guilty that I should be elsewhere right now - but I have to be here contractually.

"It's like a great thing ... a fantastic thing happening in my life. Something else takes precedence, and I'm trying to manage through that and do the best of both."

Meanwhile, Khloé - who is currently dating James Harden - also revealed her decision to remain married to the former NBA star has nothing to do with "intimacy".

She explained: "I'm still married for a multitude of reasons. But intimacy isn't one of them."
