Khloe Kardashian and French Montana have called time on their relationship once more.
The reality star is said to have called time on her on/off romance with the rapper - who she also split from in September after eight months of dating before getting back together with him in November - because the relationship was getting "too serious" and it was too soon following her failed marriage with Lamar Odom.
Speaking to Us Weekly a source explained: "Khloe just wasn't ready after Lamar [Odom] and it was getting too serious.
"She respects and cares for him but just wasn't ready."
This latest split is reminiscent of the last one, where a source said at the time the "relationship got too heavy".
Another source claimed that she was annoyed how "dependent" he had become on her.
Thought to have reunited just last month as the two got close again at his Los Angeles 30th birthday party, it seemed as if things were going smoothly.
One onlooker claimed: "Khloe and French are clearly together - they were hugging, holding hands, and being openly affectionate."
Earlier in the day Khloe had gushed about her "baby boy" French on her Instagram account, recalling the "timeless memories" that the two have created together.
Posting a picture on a beach in partial silhouette of herself and French, she added the caption: "Happy birthday baby boy! In only a short amount of time we have created timeless memories,
"Happy birthday to a man who genuinely lives life to its fullest. 'What's understood doesn't need to be explained' @frenchmontana I can't wait to celebrate life with you tonight! You deserve it!! (sic)".
Appearing to reach out to her estranged husband Lamar on his birthday last month, Khloe posted a heartfelt message about closure, which read: "Closure: Like time suspended, a wound unmended - you and I. We had no ending, said no good-bye. For all my life, I'll wonder why."
