Khloé Kardashian is "fully aware" Lamar Odom "could go back on drugs."

The 31-year-old star called off her divorce and has been supporting her estranged husband in hospital since he was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada following a drugs binge earlier this month, but reportedly hasn't completely let her guard down around him.
A source close to the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who first filed for divorce in December 2013 after months of rumours Lamar was cheating on her and addicted to crack cocaine, told 'Entertainment Tonight': "Khloé is not delusional. She knows what's going on and what people are saying about her. She realises what it looks like to the outside world, but to people in her family and inner circle, there was no question that she would be doing this right now.
"Lamar is the love of Khloé's life. But she's fully aware that he could go back to drugs."
The blonde beauty confirmed earlier this week that she is still in a relationship with NBA star James Harden, 26, and jetted to Houston, Texas to watch his basketball game on Wednesday (28.10.15).
A source told E! News: "Khloé and James never broke up. He's been so understanding and he knows that Khloé's love for Lamar is deeper than what most people can understand. He's been very understanding and supportive. Lamar has a long road ahead of him and Khloé will always have the love she has for Lamar."
