Khloe Kardashian hopes her new healthy lifestyle will help her get pregnant naturally.

The reality TV star, 29, who has been very open about her struggles to conceive with her husband of almost four years, Lamar Odom, reportedly believes she can overcome her fertility issues by working out and cleaning up her diet.

A source told Life & Style magazine that the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has stopped taking fertility medication and is focusing on getting into "tip-top shape for conceiving".

The insider added: "People say you can get pregnant when you're not even thinking about it and when you're healthy and in a god place. So she's taking that advice and just going for it."

In addition to upping her exercise in recent months, Khloe is also following an organic eating plan, after being advised to do so by her older sister Kourtney, 34.

The mother-of-two has also warned Khloe to stop storing her food in plastic containers, as she believes they are toxic.

The source said: "Khloe has really changed her eating habits for the better. She's lost 30 pounds and has never looked better.

"She's hoping without the extra weight or fertility meds she can finally get pregnant naturally."

Khloe's husband, 33, is said to be relieved that she is taking a more natural approach to getting pregnant.

A friend said: "Lamar hated all the fertility methods and medicines. He also hated having to have timed and planned sex. He really didn't like the way she was acting when she was on the meds either - always so high-strung and stressed-out, it became a second job for both of them.

"They both really want a baby right now, especially since it's the off-season and Lamar has more time to focus on baby-making."
