Kevin Jonas admits fatherhood isn't what he expected and he is still adjusting to the lifestyle changes he has made since daughter Alena was born in February.
Kevin Jonas 26 and his wife Danielle, 27, welcomed daughter Alena Rose into the world in February and he admits he is still adjusting to the lifestyle change.
He said: "We thought there would be fewer dirty diapers.
"There are definitely times when I wish I didn't have to think about all of the extra steps, but it's worth it. We have an amazing daughter."
Danielle said: "I tried to warn him. It's a big change, you don't have the freedom to do what you want anymore. But it's a good change."
However, Kevin adores being a dad and loves having the chance to pass down some wisdom.
He added: "My favourite thing about being a dad is knowing that I'm going to be able to take the things that I've learned and implement them in her life."
The couple don't have a nanny but recently hired a babysitter to take care of their baby girl for a few hours so they could spend some quality time together.
Kevin told People magazine: "Recently we got someone to watch Alena for a few hours. Everyone thought we had gone out, but all we did was order Chinese food and watch TV in our pyjamas. It was perfect."
