Kevin Hart works out every day.
The 'Central Intelligence' star loves to keep fit and aims to do some sort of physical activity seven times a week.
He said: "Being healthy is important to me because you get one life. You can either take advantage of that life and maximize it, or your can increase your chances of shortening up that lifespan.
"There aren't any go-to workouts because they change every day. It's about getting up and knowing that I'm being active, that I'm staying truly committed to a goal that I signed up for, and a promise I made to myself. The go-to is just the foot out the door. Just taking that step in the direction of being active and productive, that's what's best."
And the 37-year-old comedian also revealed he isn't worried about having cheat days anymore as he doesn't want to undo all his hard work.
He added: "I'm a healthy eater - brown rice, baked chicken, vegetables, salads. I'm not a foodie, so it's not hard for me to stay in the healthy diet area. I'm a structure guy, so as long as it fits the structure, then I'm happy."
"You've got to have a day to eat what you're not supposed to eat. But as you eat cleaner and you do get accustomed to the healthy side of living, those cheat days aren't as important because you don't really want to mess up what you've worked so hard to accomplish."
And Kevin has offered advice to others who want to keep fit.
He told PEOPLE magazine: "The best piece of advice that I could give anybody is that you're not going to accomplish it all in one day. It takes patience, and past the patience to commitment. The mental exercise that you go through as well as the physical is so well worth the results because every day you're challenging yourself."
