Kerry Katona has enjoyed an emotional reunion with her eldest daughter.
The former Atomic Kitten singer was taken by surprise last week when 19-year-old Molly - who she hasn't seen since last summer - arrived on her doorstep, having flown over from Ireland, where she is studying, to spend a few weeks with her mother and siblings.
Kerry who has Molly and Lilly, 18, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 13, and Max, 12, with second spouse Mark Croft and six-year-old DJ from her marriage to the late George Kay – said: "Molly came home recently after being in Ireland. She took all the correct precautions and quarantined and she completely surprised me!
"She knocked on the door downstairs and then came in and stood in the living room.
"I went to answer the door and she was behind me!
"I couldn't stop screaming - it was amazing.
"She was missing her mum and her siblings.
"I hadn't seen her since August! She's going to stay until Heidi's birthday at the end of the month and then she'll fly back. I love having her home."
Last week, the 40-year-old star revealed she'd had a secret cancer scare in 2020 and she's now admitted she was convinced she'd be told she was going to die.
She wrote in her New! magazine column: "I found a lump in my armpit. I was in the shower shaving my armpits when I discovered it.
"I had a photoshoot that day and was crying my eyes out. But I cracked on with it and then luckily I was able to see the doctor straight away.
"Thankfully it was benign and something to do with a torn lymph node.
"The scariest thing is I have control over my addictions and my mental health, but this was completely out of my control.
"I really thought they were going to tell me I only had a few months left to live.
"I was so scared, but there are people there at hospital to help you. It's so important to get checked."
