The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has confirmed she got the intimate piercing earlier this year when she was having a "rough time".
She said: "It is true. I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like, 'Let's just do it.'"
And the 19-year-old beauty nearly shied away from getting the piercing after being told how bad the pain would be.
She added to the New York Post's Page Six column: "[I was] so terrified, I'm laying on the bed like, 'Why am I doing this?'
"Honestly, it hurt, but wasn't as bad as everyone made it seem and maybe because everyone hyped it up and I thought it would be really, really bad. Then it wasn't as bad as I expected."
Meanwhile, Kendall hasn't been shy about getting her body inked after she shared a picture of the matching heart tattoo she got with best friend Hailey Baldwin, despite it being against the advice of her stepsister Kim Kardashian West.
She said previously: "My sister Kim always said, 'Don't put a bumper sticker on a Bentley. I have a really weird thing about 'forever.'"
