The 46-year-old actress appears to be feeling positive after arriving in Monaco ahead of a court hearing tomorrow (03.09.15), where she hopes a judge will grant her permission to take her children, Hermes, eight, and Helena, six, back to the US rather than staying there with German ex-husband Daniel Giersch.

The former 'Gossip Girl' star posted an inspirational message on her Instagram profile, with the words: "Everything will work out. Things will get better. You are important. You are worthy of great things. You are lovable. The time is now. This too shall pass. You can be who you really are. The best is yet to come. You are strong. You can do this."

The actress and Daniel have been embroiled in a bitter international custody dispute since their split in 2008. Although they originally agreed to share joint custody, a judge allowed Daniel to take the children to live in Europe after his US visa was revoked.

Kelly, who spent much of the summer with her son and daughter in New York City, was devastated when a judge there forced her to say goodbye to them in court last month after she initially refused to send them back to Monaco.

The star's lawyer told PEOPLE.com: "It was a Kafka-esque ambush proceeding that left the public in shock. The kids were put on a plane just 24 hours after the father filed papers demanding that his own children be taken into custody on the grounds that they were at risk of being abducted. He lied."
