Kelly Osbourne is reportedly suing her former landlord.
The 28-year-old reality TV star has filed a lawsuit against the owner of her old luxurious apartment in Hollywood after they allegedly failed to return her $18,700 security deposit and later emailed her claiming the estimate bill of damages and cleaning expenses would wipe out the entire lump sum.
The 'Fashion Police' co-host alleges in her lawsuit that when she moved out of her plush property, the landlord never checked the site, according to TMZ.
Kelly is suing to get her deposit back and under California law the landlord could be forced to pay out almost double the amount if found guilty of wrongly retaining the deposit.
Meanwhile, the feisty star has been busy planning her wedding to her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart and previously claimed she has been inundated with offers to televise their nuptials, but she insists they have no intention to profit from their marriage.
She said earlier this year: "People know we got engaged in December of last year but kept it a secret for six months.
"I realised very quickly that, in Hollywood, people don't realise that you get married for love.
"They think you get married for attention, and I don't want to do a reality show, I've already done that. Every morning we wake up to another email, it's like, 'an offer you cannot refuse.' I can refuse that, I don't want to be on another reality show. I'm fine right now, thank you."
