Katy Perry will perform at next year's Super Bowl.
The 'Roar' hitmaker will take to the stage at the annual sporting event in February 2015.
The 29-year-old who has been rumoured to appear at the half time ceremony since the NFL shortlisted her in August, has now confirmed her performance to Billboard.
It is thought Katy will be joined by Coldplay and fellow star Rihanna at the hotly-anticipated event at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The news follows on from reports the NFL were planning to charge artists to play at the show after the broadcast reported a record-breaking audience of 111.5 million last year.
The ‘Part of Me’ singer has previously said she wouldn't take part in the event if she was asked to pay for the privilege.
She said at ESPN's College Game Day over the weekend: "I'm not the kind of girl who would pay to play the Super Bowl."
Sources also confirmed to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "A deal is being hammered out for Katy to play the Super Bowl."
The NFL has so far declined to comment on the reports.
