Katy Perry has dropped the asking price on the home she shared with ex-husband Russell Brand by $430,000.
The pop star had listed the property in West Hollywood, California, for $6,925,000 in April but has been forced to slash the price after receiving little interest.
Katy bought the Mediterranean-style, three-acre estate in June 2011 for $6,500,000, six months after she and Russell tied the knot in India, and had intended to make it the couple's main home.
But after they split in December 2011 after just 14 months of marriage, Katy - whose divorce from the comedian was finalised in July 2012 - decided she didn't want to live in the mansion.
It is now listed for $6,495,000 - $5,000 less than she paid for it.
The property, dubbed 'Park Hill', comes complete with a two-storey living room, which boasts an incredible view of the Los Angeles skyline, and a lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall.
It also comes with two guest houses, one of which comes with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and can be used as a separate residence.
In May, Katy Perry spent $11.2 million on two new homes which lay on three adjoining pieces of land across four acres.
Meanwhile, Russell is said to be "devastated" by comments made by his ex-wife that he asked for a divorce by text message and that she hasn't spoke to him since that moment in December 2011.
Katy, 28, claimed in an interview with Vogue that she hadn't "heard from him since he texted me saying he was divorcing me", and Russell, 38, doesn't know why she made the claim because he has been in contact with her.
A source told the new UK issue of Grazia magazine: "He's devastated by what Katy said, given that they've been in contact on numerous occasions. He can't understand why she would say all those things."
