The 38-year-old star is finally pleased with her assets after having a number of troubles with implants, jetting back and forth to Belgium to see her specialist.
She wrote on Instagram: "Wooo hooo finally I'm healed happy and have a amazing boobs at last thank you to Dr Plovier at Be Clinic Brussels your the best. (sic)"
The mother-of-five had to have her implants removed back in 2015, taking her chest size back down to her natural 32B from a 32G.
Speaking at the time, she said: "Four hours after leaving the 'Big Brother' house I left to fly out to Belgium to get things sorted. I literally went straight from the 'Big Brother' house to Belgium.
"When I was in the house on the Thursday before the final, I was taken to hospital because I wasn't in a good way. I was told I needed to be seen by a doctor and they kept an eye on my temperature - if that went up I would have been removed from the house straight away."
Meanwhile, Katie - who has Harvey, 14, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 11, and Princess, eight, with ex-husband Peter Andre and Jett, two, and 22-month-old Bunny with her spouse Kieran Hayler - previously put her breast implants up for sale for £1 million.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote: My Breast implants 4 sale £1,000,000.00 email [email protected] 2 buy collect , make an offer or for more info! Serious bids only everything else will not be read and deleted ...
"it's gone midnight and not a April fools joke selling my implants so if your interested make a decent offer email [email protected] (sic)"
Katie underwent breast augmentation surgery for the first time in 1998 before having six more operations, the last of which shrunk her bust down from a 32FF.
