The former glamour model and husband Kieran Hayler are not planning to leave their house to celebrate the turning of the year, but will have lots of fun at home.
Asked her plans, she said: "We might have karaoke at the house, you know I like that.
"I might even have a couple of Porn Star martinis!"
Katie - who has children Harvey, 13, Junior, 10, and Princess, eight, from previous relationships and Jett, two, and Bunny, 16 months, with Kieran - has vowed 2016 will be the year she gets healthier.
She said: "I don't exercise, but in the New Year I want to turn over a new leaf.
"Kieran is obviously a qualified nutritionist and as a couple we want to get more into healthy living.
"At the moment the kids eat healthily - they eat fresh food - but we don't.
"The gym [at home] will be finished at the beginning of next year so we'll start working out.
"They say you are what you eat but in my case it's not true - I should be massive!"
