Kate Winslet and her husband Ned Rocknroll have called their two-week-old son Bear.
The 'Labor Day' actress and her husband Ned Rocknroll have decided to give their first child together the unusual animal-inspired moniker, a spokesperson has confirmed.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "They are all doing so well, they both absolutely adore him - and the name Bear."
Kate - who also has a 10-year-old son, Joe, with her ex-husband, Sam Mendes, and a daughter Mia, 13, with her ex-husband Jim Threapleton - is currently taking a break from the limelight to look after the two-week old tot at home in West Sussex, England.
It comes as no surprise that the couple, who tied the knot in a secret New York City ceremony in December 2012, have chosen an original name like Bear, since businessman Ned famously changed his own from Abel Smith in 2008.
They aren't the first to name their child after the large furry mammal, however, since celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's son was christened Buddy Bear three years ago.
Kate recently admitted she had enjoyed her third pregnancy far more than her previous ones.
The 38-year-old star explained: "I've been more active and healthier. I know more about how to take care of myself now. I think that between 27 and 37 was a big learning decade. I've been lucky - a bit tired and a bit sick at the beginning, but nothing major."
