Kate Moss has been using a Cryotherapy chamber.

Kate Moss was immersed in chilly -180C nitrogen vapour at a retreat in Turkey in a bid to burn fat and treat cellulite.

The 40-year-old supermodel recently went on a break to the LifeCo retreat in Turkey, which she visits several times a year, and during her detox, she was immersed in layers of nitrogen vapour at -180C for two to three minutes at a time in a bid to burn fat and treat cellulite.

And while at the retreat, Kate followed a strict detox that saw her cut out sugar, caffeine, alcohol and carbohydrates and instead she underwent a 'clay cleanse', where she drank bentonite clay-based drinks to rid her body of toxins.

According to sources, Kate - who regularly does yoga at the home she shares with husband Jamie Hince and her 11-year-old daughter Lila - became hooked on Redcord Therapy, and took part in sessions every day.

Personal trainer Dalton Wong - who didn't work with Kate - explained to Grazia magazine about the classes, which are also known as Air Yoga: "It's a form of anti-gravity yoga. You hang in the air supported by suspension slings and do yoga moves. It's huge in the US and great for toning all over - it works a lot of muscles in a short time.

"Air Yoga improves strength and fitness, which is why a lot of athletes use it as part of their training. And it's very easy on the body because the slings take pressure off the joints. It's great for your body but doesn't feel like hard work at all."
