The former hard-partying model, who has reinvented herself as a wellness guru and launched her Cosmoss lifestyle brand, marked the milestone on Tuesday (16.01.24), and celebrated with a trip to the Caribbean island of Mustique before the big date.
Guests included Sadie Frost, who posted on Instagram about the party – which is said to have been alcohol-free and featured meditation: “There was so much fun and laughter amongst our celebratory circle #spiritualwarrior. Plus so many memories I will never forget.”
Other guests at her 50th Caribbean retreat included model-turned-nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, fashion stylist Katy England, floral designer Flora Starkey, fashion casting director Jess Shallet and designer Jess Morris.
Sadie added online: “Thank you @rosemaryferguson_ @jessmorris_lamorray @florastarkey @jesshallettcast @katy_england @lilamoss and Kate for a lovely time p.s was so nice to get some recent photos of us all.”
Kate’s 21-year-old daughter Lila Moss was also said to have been on the trip, as well as Rita Ora, 33, who thanked Kate online for her “guidance”.
Kate and Sadie were once party of London’s ‘Primrose Hill set’, a group of stars with a reputation for partying.
The model now passes her time running her wellness brand, meditating and doing yoga.
In September 2023, Kate said she had also cut back on smoking, saying she only engaged in the habit “occasionally”.
She added: “I’ve heard that when you stop, you can really tell (by your skin.) But I haven’t stopped… yet.”
Kate kicked off the New Year by urging her fans to “rebalance” themselves.
She captioned an image of herself on Instagram meditating in a room filled with candles, stars and moons: “As another year ends take time for yourself and Rebalance.
“Reset your Rituals rather than create New Resolutions.”
