The 41-year-old supermodel - who has a 13-year-old daughter, Lila, with ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack - will be handing her loved ones some sparkling gifts, and hopes to receive something similar in return.
She said: "I like jewels, to give and receive."
Kate - who is rumoured to be dating Nikolai Von Bismarck though she's still married to Jamie Hince - is planning a traditional family Christmas with her loved ones.
She said: "I'll be at home with my family and friends. [We'll eat] roast turkey and all the trimmings."
Though she thinks she throws the best festive parties, the stunning star will also be hoping for some relaxing time at home over the holiday period.
She said: "My guilty pleasure is watching TV in bed."
The British beauty has already been thinking about some simple resolutions for 2016.
Asked her New Year's resolutions, she said: "Peace and love."
