Kate Bosworth has sold her bachelorette pad for $2.375 million.
The 'Blue Crush' actress, who married film director Michael Polish at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, Montana, last August, has found a buyer for her three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, which she bought in 2005 while in a serious relationship with Orlando Bloom, just two months after putting in on the market.
A source told real estate website Redfin.com that Kate originally listed the gated and private hillside property, located high up in the Runyon Canyon-adjacent Nichols Canyon, for $2.499 million after buying it for $2.1 million almost nine years ago.
The 31-year-old star was spotted house hunting in the Los Feliz area of LA with Michael shortly after they tied the knot last year.
Kate, who split from Orlando in 2006 after almost five years of dating, previously admitted she never thought she would get married.
The 'Big Sur' star, who also previously dated 'True Blood' hunk Alexander Skarsgard, said: "I never actually thought about what I wanted for my wedding. There are some women who know exactly, from the moment they can speak."
