The former Victoria's Secret Angel and husband Archie Drury welcomed the tot into the world in November and has now revealed his name via Twitter.
She wrote: "Head over Heels for Mr. Noah Lee Drury-Kurkova! #kkbaby2 #babyboy #kkfamily #familyfirst #newborn #babykisses (sic).
The couple already have a six-year-old son Tobin, who is "ecstatic" to be a big brother.
Her spokesperson previously said: "Supermodel Karolina Kurkova has given birth to a healthy, beautiful baby boy with her husband, Archie Drury.
"The baby joins his older brother Tobin, who is ecstatic over the family's addition. Mommy and baby are doing well."
The 31-year-old model, who got married in 2009, previously said motherhood completely changed her life and made her feel more powerful.
She said: "I feel very different. After having a baby things just change. Something inside of you switches and you become this powerful big mama who can deal with anything and do everything. I never sit down. I'm always running around. I'm sure other mothers feel the same way!
"I take care of the house, I cook, I work and I walk the runway."
