Lena Dunham has praised the Kardashians as role models.

The 'Girls' creator is a huge fan of the reality TV family - especially Khloe Kardashian - and praised them for their entrepreneurial spirit.
Speaking to chat show host Seth Meyers, she said: "Sometimes we'll Instagram about Khloe like once or twice a day, and people will be like, 'Those Kardashians - that's not what you represent.'
'And we're like, "Well, they're like awesome entrepreneurs who are all about sisterhood and connection and so, yeah it is."'
Lena and creative partner Jennifer Konner were also thrilled when Khloe praised their feminist newsletter Lenny Letter.
She said: "We received the only praise from the only source. It meant so much because we both love her app."
When Jennifer called her, "the best Kardashian", Lena added: "That's not throwing Kardashian shade, for us she's just the peak."
And the feeling is mutual as Khloe was recently thrilled when Lena Instagrammed about her app, KhloewithaK.
She said: "I was beyond honored when Lena Dunham Instagrammed one of my Khloe-isms (quotes) a couple weeks ago!!! Did you see her caption? It read: 'yes I bought the app. And I learn things from it every day.' Thank you, boo!
"I love what Lena stands for: She is honest, real and thoughtful and brings all of that to her fans with her super inspiring site, Lenny Letter. I connect with her message so much."
