Cuoco tied the knot with Ryan Sweeting on New Year's Eve (31.12.13) at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Southern California, and the professional tennis star has admitted it was a "magical" occasion.
The 26-year-old groom shared a picture of them kissing after they exchanged vows on Instagram with the caption: "My cheeks hurt from smiling so hard. Best night in history."
He later posted another image of them walking down the aisle together, with the caption: "Says it all. Magical."
Kaley, 28, also shared pictures of their ceremony with her Instagram followers yesterday (01.01.14) and echoed Ryan's sentiments.
She wrote: "Greatest night of my entire life. Last night I married my sweetheart. Life couldn't be sweeter."
The actress wore a petal pink Vera Wang gown for the event.
The couple celebrated with their 150 guests, including Kaley's co-star and ex-boyfriend, Johnny Galecki, at a fire and ice-themed reception.
The blonde beauty, who got engaged to Ryan in September after just three months of dating, previously claimed she instantly knew she wanted to marry him.
She said: "From day one, I just knew immediately, and it's been magic. I kind of feel like I've known him my whole life."
