JWoww wouldn't have cosmetic surgery on her face because she's worried she wouldn't be able to reverse the procedure.

The former 'Jersey Shore' star - real name Jenni Farley - is against going under the knife to improve her facial beauty because she's frightened she wouldn't be able to reverse the procedure if she didn't like the outcome.

Speaking to PEOPLE.com, she said: "I would do anything if it makes me feel good. I don't like touching my face only because I'm always scared you can never go back. All those nose jobs and cheek implants and stuff like that, people get those and can never go back to what they were. I love my nose."

However, the brunette beauty, 29 - who has six-week-old daughter Meilani with her fiancé Roger Matthews - hasn't ruled out Botox to help with the appearance of ageing and is even planning a boob job after her best friend Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi's wedding in October.

She explained: "I'm getting up there in age - I'm about to be 30. I don't like wrinkles. But I wouldn't go overboard and get that frozen face when you're trying to cry and look like you're smiling."

She added: "The only thing I'd implant is my boobs. I'm planning on getting my boobs bigger in the fall after Nicole's wedding. I'm a 34F right now. I'll stop before I get to the balloon stage."
