A Chicago nightclub is being prosecuted for admitting Justin Bieber.
The 19-year-old singer and his entourage visited Bodi nightclub in the city earlier this week but were kicked out after police were alerted to their presence in the over-21 establishment. However, authorities have delivered a citation to the owners, accusing them of serving alcohol to the young star.
According to TMZ, the citation claims the club: "Served/allowed person under 21 on premises w/o parent/guardian (sic)," and it specifically mentions "Justin Bieber and his entourage".
A representative for the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection told the website: "The ticket was issued by the police to Bodi Nightclub for admitting and knowingly having underage persons in the establishment.
"Typically the fine for a ticket like this would be $1,000, but the fine is not determined until the case is heard by a hearing officer and if the establishment is found liable for the violation."
Meanwhile, Justin's close friend, rapper Lil Twist, was arrested in Calabasas, California, on Thursday (11.07.13) after police stopped him for speeding in the 'Baby' hitmaker's car around 3:30 am.
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's department spokesperson Steve Whitmore, police spotted him driving between 60 and 70 mph. in a 30 mph. construction zone and running a red light.
