Julianne Hough has filed for divorce from Brooks Laich.

The 'Dancing with the Stars' professional has filed papers to end her marriage with the ice hockey player, six months after they confirmed they had decided to go their separate ways.
Julianne filed papers at a court in Los Angeles on Monday (02.11.20), TMZ reports.
Last month, a source claimed Julianne and Brooks are "working on" their romance.
The insider shared: "Julianne and Brooks will always have love for each other. They are working on things, but they have not been in love with each other for some time and the relationship has been very strained. Their friends and families are rooting for them and both want them to be happy."
The decision to call time on their marriage was announced in a joint statement earlier this year, after they had spent months self-isolating separately amid the coronavirus pandemic, with Brooks, 37, in Idaho and Julianne at home in Los Angeles.
Their statement read: "We have lovingly and carefully taken the time we have needed to arrive at our decision to separate. We share an abundance of love and respect for one another and will continue to lead with our hearts from that place. We kindly request your compassion and respect for our privacy moving forward."
Julianne and Brooks reportedly split because she “wasn’t ready to build a family” with him.
A source said in May: "In the last two years, those closest to Julianne and Brooks watched as they grew apart. Julianne seemed to be going through a period of self-discovery and change which isn't what Brooks had planned for. He loved the life they had and wanted nothing more than to build a family together but Julianne wasn't ready. [Brooks] isn’t ready to date yet and is just trying to get used to his life as a single guy.”
