Julia Roberts has put her Hawaiian home up for sale for $17 million.
The 45-year-old actress and her husband Danny Moder are looking to offload their plush pad, which is located near the heavenly Hanalei Bay, on the north shore of Kaua'i island, and comes with its own rocky shoreline.
Potential purchasers of Julia's Hawaiian hideaway might like to note the luxury abode features four bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as 400ft of ocean frontage which is ideal for "seasonal swimming, surfing, windsurfing, and snorkelling," according to Real Estalker.
The home also boasts a separate cottage near the top of the long driveway which comes complete with a bedroom and a bathroom for guests to bed down in.
Culinary enthusiasts looking to purchase the property will be interested to hear a new kitchen was recently installed during an overhaul of the abode.
The country-style cooking spot features a thick slab butcher block on a super-sized work island as well as a host of top notch appliances behind some tomato red-coloured cabinets.
The master suite includes a huge walk-in closet where Julia may have stored her 'Pretty Woman' character's fabulous outfits, while the 'Mirror, Mirror' star could have relaxed after a hard day's filming in the room's spectacular free-standing bath tub.
