Jourdan Dunn used to eat steak for breakfast.
The 28-year-old model - who has an eight-year-old son, Riley, from a past relationship - used to serve up a big piece of meat as part of her first meal of the day, but she's recently "drastically" changed her diet in order to eat fewer animal products and is hoping to be vegan eventually.
She said: "I used to eat steak for breakfast but since watching the Netflix documentary 'What the Health', I've drastically cut my meat intake.
"I want to eventually eliminate all animal products from my diet, but for now, I'm still eating fish and dairy and allowing myself my favourite dish - chicken curry - once a week.
"I'll always try to buy organic though."
Instead, Jourdan opts for breakfasts filled with vegetables and eggs for protein.
Discussing a typical day's meals, she told Britain's Women's Health magazine: "I start the day with something like sauteed mushrooms and spinach with a fried egg, grilled halloumi, tomato and sliced avocado.
"Lunch tends to be a vegetarian dish like a chickpea stew and dinner might be steamed fish with vegetables - last night I had it with okra and coconut sauce, which was delicious.
"I've not got a sweet tooth, my after-dinner treat is a glass of malbec."
And it isn't only her diet the British beauty has overhauled as she's completely changed her sleeping habits too.
She explained: "I'm a natural night owl but now I aim to have lights off by midnight - it means I'm no longer groggy and don't need to take naps during the day.
"Rather than answering late-night emails before bed I'll read a book.
"Just before my head hits the pillow, I'll quiet my mind by playing Louise Hay's guided meditation for sleep on YouTube."
