Johnny Depp is selling an entire village.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor - who is married to Amber Heard and has kids Lily-Rose, 16, and 13-year-old Jack from his relationship with Vanessa Paradis - has put his Plan de la Tour estate up for sale for almost $26 million.
The estate, which is located around 17 miles from Saint Tropez, is comprised of a 37-acre property that includes a "complete Provencal village of stone-built houses dating back more than 200 years", the Los Angeles Times newspaper reports.
More than a dozen buildings are housed on the grounds, including a main house, guest cottages, a chapel, a bar, a restaurant, and a workshop and garage.
In total, it boasts 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms on 10,760 sq ft, while there is also a playroom, gym, a hunter's cabin and a painter's studio.
The lavish grounds include two swimming pools - one surrounded by sand - olive trees, vineyards, a vegetable garden, fountains and a skateboard area.
The 52-year-old actor has spent around $10 million on the estate since he bought it in 2001 and among the changes he made was the addition of a wine-tasting cave that is decorated to look like a 'Pirates of the Caribbean' set, and the conversion of a church to a guest house.
Some of the 'Rum Diary' actor's personal belongings will also be included in the sale.
