Johnny Depp is selling his Venetian mansion for $10.9 million.
The 53-year-old actor - who is in a bitter legal battle with wife Amber Heard - has put the seven-bedroom palace on the market five years after purchasing the plush property which overlooks Venice's Grand Canal.
According to the Italian newspaper Affari Italiani, the 'Black Mass' star's decision to offload the picturesque pad is connected to his ongoing divorce from the 30-year-old actress.
Johnny splashed out $10 million on the Palazzo Donà Sanguiantoffetti when he was in the area filming 'The Tourist' alongside Angelina Jolie in 2011.
The Italian mansion comes complete with nine bathrooms and is ideal for sailors or water lovers as it even features a private area to dock boats.
Amber has been granted a temporary restraining order against Johnny after claiming in court that her decision to file for divorce from him was prompted by the actor physically attacking her with an iPhone, leaving her with a bruised eye.
She alleged that "during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me."
"I endured excessive emotional, verbal and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him".
The pair - who met on the set of 2011 film 'The Rum Diary' and were married for just 15 months - are not thought to have had a pre-nuptial agreement.
Yesterday, (12.07.16) Amber was spotted having lunch with her former flame Tasya Van Ree, whom she split from five years ago, in Los Angeles.
