The Little Mix singer has always said the 52-year-old actor is the "biggest crush of her life" and so was clearly overjoyed when he asked her to attend his garden party at his home.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said with excitement: "Me and Mr Depp have hung out. We were meant to go to his house for a barbecue, but I think we were flying back from America so couldn't go."
Although the 22-year-old beauty wasn't able to attend the meaty summer bash, she and the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star, who is married to blonde bombshell Amber Heard, 29, still got the opportunity to hang out at a later date.
She explained: "Instead Johnny said, 'Oh I'm in the studio today with Alice Cooper, why don't you come down?' We went and hung out with them for a bit ... He is so cool."
Meanwhile, Perrie was left heartbroken two months ago when her fiancé of three years Zayn Malik, 22, cruelly and unexpectedly dumped her via text message.
However, the starlet recently insisted she is loving the single life and is enjoying being chatted up by men in nightclubs.
She said: "I'm having an absolute blast. We have a bit of banter with guys in nightclubs ... I love it."
