John Legend is "proud" of his daughter Luna for throwing the first pitch at a Seattle Mariners baseball game on Tuesday (06.06.17).
The daughter of the 'All of Me' hitmaker and his wife Chrissy Teigen might only be 13 months old, but she's already gearing up to become a sporting superstar after the family were invited to Safeco Field in Seattle to allow little Luna to throw the first ball of the game against the Minnesota Twins.
John took to Instagram to post a picture of himself holding his daughter - who had also been given her very own personal jersey - and wrote: "Proud papa #LunasFirstTour (sic)"
He also posted another snap of himself and Chrissy, 31, posing for a photograph, whilst a cheeky Luna was more interested in the bucket of bubble gum beside her.
John, 38, captioned the picture: "Mommy and daddy posing. Luna stealing the Mariners' bubble gum #LunasFirstTour #Seattle (sic)"
Meanwhile, Chrissy also took to her own Instagram account to share a number of pictures which weren't captioned, including one screenshot of the moment Luna threw the ball, and one of the family sat on the grass.
On Sunday (04.06.17) the model took to her Twitter account to share a picture of Luna in her pyjamas with a baseball in her hand, and said the tot had been "practicing" for the big day.
Chrissy wrote: "She's practicing @mariners! She might need to throw it behind her back at this rate (sic)"
It's unlikely Luna will be able to keep up to date with all of the Seattle Mariners' games though, as she doesn't watch television.
John said previously: "We actually haven't given her any entertainment [or] television yet, but soon enough. She sees us on our phones all day and she's, like, jealous. She wants to grab them all the time."
