Jodie Marsh is doing "much better" without her ex-husband in her life.
The 37-year-old star is doing well since her split from James Placido and insists she is glad to be away from the "hell he put her through".
She said: "Considering the hell he put me through, I'm happier now. I'm over the shock of what happened and think, 'Thank God I'm not with him.' I'm much better off without that. It's a relief. I don't need a guy to be happy in life."
The 'Totally Jodie Marsh' star has yet to reveal the reason for the pair's split but did admit she "would have been happier if he'd cheated on her".
She told Star magazine: "I can't say, but put it this way, I would have been happier if he'd cheated on me. I could have coped with that. My fans know me. They know that I wouldn't have been madly head over heels in love with somebody, for it to end in an instant, without a very very very big reason.
"I wouldn't be telling people, 'This is my soul mate', for it to end overnight so suddenly. There's obviously a massive, massive reason. I genuinely thought that was it for life."
Meanwhile, Jodie previously slammed her exes by insisting she has toys that are more fulfilling than the men she has had in her life.
She wrote on Instagram: "Firstly I do NOT want a man and I am NOT trying to attract the attention of a man. Secondly, I have been training hard and eating right and it's paying off as my stomach is lean and hard and I'm proud of it. If you think that as women we only post pictures of our bodies in the hope of attracting a man then that says more about YOU than it does ME.
"I'm proud of my body. At 37 years old I am in great shape and I feel good. Plus I started my career as a glamour model and still have many fans who liked me for that so to keep them happy occasionally doesn't hurt now does it?! If you would post pictures like this to attract a man then I feel sorry for women everywhere. Rest assured I am happy with my animals and my life. A man wouldn't add anything (unless I wanted sex, which I don't - I have toys for that which perform better). (sic)"
