Jodie Foster has finally sold her home in Hollywood for $5 million, 16 months after first listing the property.
The actress originally wanted $6.4 million for the house back in June of last year, but when it failed to sell she changed estate agents and reduced the cost to $5.6 million, before eventually settling on Monday, October 6 for $4.995 million.
Trulia claims the property features four bedrooms along with a guest suite, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, as well as a fireplace and sauna.
There's a high hedge surrounding the pool and courtyard area for extra privacy, cathedral-roofed living room and huge kitchen.
Built in 1935 and situated in the Santa Monica Mountains region in the Birds Street area, it's said to be a location very popular with celebrities.
This follows Jodie's purchase of a $11.75 million five-bedroom Beverly Hills home in 2012.
