Jimmy Page and Robbie Williams' feud looks set to be reignited with the later reportedly planning to add an underground swimming pool and gym to his West London mansion.
The 43-year-old musician has been warring with the Led Zeppelin star ever since Robbie and his family moved into their home near Jimmy, and began mammoth scale building work which annoyed the rocker.
An insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Jimmy will not be impressed by Robbie's latest bid. He just wants to be left in peace and hates all the disruption and noise caused by Robbie's never-ending building works."
The 'I Love My Life' hitmaker's planning consultant emphasises in the application for the new works, that "good" relations with neighbours is a "critical issue".
They said: "The importance of maintaining good relations and communication channels between the client, contractor and neighbours was agreed to be a critical issue.
"Liaison with local residents is essential in cultivating a positive attitude in the surrounding community."
Jimmy previously claimed a £17 million job on the grade II-listed property could have caused "catastrophic" damage to his own mansion, and once described the planning applications as "unfortunate".
However, according to the publication, the two music stars were thought to have settled their differences after Robbie's plan to build a summer house went through planning permission without a single complaint from 74-year-old Jimmy.
Despite the 'Stairway To Heaven' hitmaker remaining silent on the topic of the planned summer house, it was previously reported that Robbie's other neighbours were less than impressed with the new addition to his sprawling mansion.
In documents, one neighbour wrote to the council to oppose the plans as they believed it would cause "harm" to their living conditions.
They said: "The excessive height and substantial size of the proposed structure will constitute a harm to our living conditions, it will substantially increase a sense of enclosure for us."
It certainly isn't the first time the 'Candy' singer has upset his neighbours, as he and Ayda, 38, were previously forced to pay out £4,670 in fines after Westminster Magistrates Court found them guilty of breaching noise rules.
Robbie previously likened Jimmy's behaviour over his renovation plans to a "mental illness" after he claimed he'd sit outside their home with a recording device to record the workmen's noise.
