Jessie James Decker has urged new moms to be "kind to yourself" after giving birth.
The 36-year-old star - who has four children with her husband Eric Decker - has taken to social media to send a supportive message to new moms.
The singer - who gave birth to Denver on February 9 - wrote on Instagram: "Be kind to yourself. give yourself grace. We are healing after growing a human being for nine months. And if you’re breast-feeding like me and your body needs to hold on to as much weight as possible to keep making milk, then let it. Focus on that sweet new baby because that’s what it’s all about. Plenty of time to “get back” when it’s time. But for now. Give yourself grace… you’re doing great and you got this girl!

Meanwhile, in March, Eric revealed that he's had a vasectomy.
The 37-year-old sports star actually announced the news on Instagram, where he posted a picture of himself wearing a humorous grey T-shirt that read: "Vasectomy survivor. I kid you not."
Prior to that, Eric admitted that he felt "nervous" about having a vasectomy, acknowledging that he worried that their plans may change in the future.
Speaking to Us Weekly, Eric - who played for the New York Jets in the NFL - explained: "It’s a little power being taken. That’s how I feel. I’m a little nervous about it, to be honest.
"You don’t know where life will take you in the next five years … We have amazing kids, so I don’t want a lot of love being taken."
