The 'Call The Midwife' beauty tied the knot with the 'Mr Selfridge' star at a glitzy bash in London earlier this week.
Guests included David Walliams, Martin Freeman and Amanda Abbington, the Daily Mirror newspaper reports.
The news of their nuptials comes only two weeks after it was confirmed the pair were engaged after five years together.
A friend of Jessica said at the time: "We are so happy for them. Of course we've all joked that when they have children she can deliver her own."
Meanwhile, Tom won't have to worry about his wife looking sexy on screen as she recently admitted she doesn't "get" what it means to seductive.
She explained: "Just running through all the scripts I've read recently, I don't like when a character is meant to be sexy, because I don't really know what that means.
"'She is sexy. Everybody wants to be this girl' - what is that? You're attractive or sexy as a by-product of something else. You can be manipulative and it's quite sexy or you can love life and that's what's sexy, but sexy as a thing; I don't really get that."
Jessica and Tom got the go ahead to marry after his divorce from his ex-wife Kerry Bradley came through.
