The 33-year-old actress - who also runs her own eco-friendly business The Honest Company - admits she wouldn't mind if her celebrity status was ripped away from her one day because she believes she transformed into the person she's meant to be when she became a mother six years ago.
She explained: "Living in LA, everyone likes to mould you and change you. I don't care about fame, I don't care about being a celebrity.
"I know that's part of the job but I don't feed into anyone's ideas of who I should be."
She added to Australia's OK! Magazine: "When I became a mum, I finally became the person I am, that I always should have been."
The 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For' star is even trying to steer her daughters Honor, six, and Haven, three - with whom she has with her husband of six years, Cash Warren - away from the acting industry but is convinced they'll both go on to have wonderful careers.
She explained: "Every day [Honor and Haven are] just getting taller and sometimes more sassy. I don't think either of them are going to be actresses, if I can help it.
"Maybe Haven will be a filmmaker because she's more creative. I feel like Honor can have more of the business sensibility."
