Jess Glynne is "really cautious" about her behaviour because she's seen the devastation of coronavirus first-hand.

The 31-year-old singer caught the virus herself early in the pandemic, but she also lost her nan to the disease and tragically couldn't even say a final goodbye because her grandmother wasn't allowed visitors.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “It was pretty horrific. It’s been hard for my family.
“I’m really cautious in my movements because it is mad serious.
“You see people being irresponsible and you can’t be. The staff who looked after my nan have been incredible. You aren’t allowed to see anyone and she was alone.
“It is just dark, people not getting to say their goodbyes.”
The 'Hold My Hand' hitmaker has recorded a version of Donny Hathaway's 'This Christmas' to raise money for Jewish Care, a charity which looked after her grandmother and offered "amazing support" to the whole family.
“When Nan was at home they looked after her and they have been incredible. They do everything.
“If you were incapable of doing anything they would bathe you, cook for you, or sit and chill with you, if you need a company they are there.
They are the biggest amazing support that my family and my nan needed.”
Jess admitted she had never planned to record a festive single, but hopes she can bring some much-needed cheer at such a dark time.
She said: "I had never pictured myself doing a Christmas song. With the video I felt a bit of escapism was needed, to be a bit light-hearted in the darkness.”
Jess previously admitted she was thankful lockdown had allowed her to take some time off following an intense 2019, which saw her cancel a string of tour dates due to vocal problems and exhaustion.
She said: "Last year got a bit intense for me. My diary went so crazy and I was put under so much pressure. Physically, it really did get me.
“So it has been a really nice period for me to get back to myself and find a new balance, which has been really good."
