Marc Anthony was stunned when he read what was written about him in Jennifer Lopez's autobiography.
The singer opens up about her personal life in the new memoir 'True Love', and says that her former husband was shocked about the thoughts and feelings expressed in an early draft.
Jennifer explained whilst speaking to Extra: "He read it and was like 'Whoa, I didn't know all of this was going on'... and I was like, 'I'm happy that you learned something, that you grew.' "
Now she's enjoying having time to look after herself, following her split from Casper Smart in June.
"There was something in my [previous] relationships that wasn't lining up... the missing component was me loving myself and being able to take care of myself... they always say put on the oxygen mask first, right? But it's true... you have to love yourself.
"I'm not dating right now. I just decided I was taking some time to be on my own. And be my own best friend."
The brunette also listed some of the things she will be looking for when she does return to dating.
"I will go slower [in my next relationship]. I think I'll be a lot more cautious...
"[My ideal man] behaves very good, he's super faithful, he's super sweet. He's funny... he doesn't have to be [famous] at all."
