Jennifer Lopez insisted it wasn't "weird" for her to dress as Madonna for Halloween.
The 'On the Floor' hitmaker and a small group of friends celebrated the spooky holiday with a party in which they dressed as musical icons, and the 51-year-old singer and actress donned a pair of white lace gloves to portray the pop legend in her 'Like a Virgin' era.
And though Madonna was romantically linked with Alex Rodriguez in 2008, Jennifer insisted her fiance - who dressed as Bruce Springsteen for the bash - didn't think her choice of costume was particularly strange.
Speaking on SiriusXM's 'Radio Andy', she said: "We had like three friends over, four friends. And yeah, we all got dressed up like way too much.
"My kids were like hiding in the bedrooms. They were like 'What are you doing?' I dressed as Madonna and Alex, he went as Bruce Springsteen."
Host Andy Cohen asked: "Was that not odd given that Alex maybe dated Madonna for two seconds?"
But the 'Hustlers' actress - who has twins Max and Emme, 12, with ex-husband Marc Anthony - replied: No. I mean, it was so long ago, so long ago.
"I don't know. No, it wasn't weird at all. I loved it."
Alex - who has daughters Natasha, 16, and Ella, 12, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis - and Madonna never confirmed the rumours of their brief romance.
Meanwhile, Jennifer recently admitted she and Alex, 45, have enjoyed the fact the coronavirus pandemic has meant they could have more family dinners with their children.
She said: "That's been a huge blessing for us during this time. Because Alex and I have both separately and now together lived a gypsy-type life, as both of our careers require tons of travel. The blessing of the quarantine for us was having dinner with the kids every night, for months and months."
