Jennifer Lopez was injured during her steamy scenes in 'The Boy Next Door'.
Her co-star Ryan Guzman - who plays dangerous lover Noah in the romantic thriller - has revealed he put a "little bit too much oomph" into their intimate scenes and caused the 'Booty' hitmaker to bump her head.
He told PEOPLE magazine: "It was right before we get into the very, very steamy part of the film. My character has to pick up Jennifer - and me being stupid - I put a little bit too much oomph into it.
"Let's just say that the next couple takes, I was very, very gentle. She was a trooper. She hit her head (on the ceiling), she came right back down, and she said, 'Hey, I'm light. Just take it easy. You don't need to muscle up.'"
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old actor previously admitted Jennifer helped to calm his nerves ahead of their racy scenes.
He said: "I finally had to go to her and say, 'I'm really nervous about this, this is the first time I'm getting naked in front of a bunch of people I don't really know.' I have to wear this little sock on my, you know, and it was pretty emasculating.
"She pulled me off to the side and told me, 'It's a part of the film industry and we're just telling a story. We have to tell it to the best of our ability.' It had to have so much intensity and so much passion that the audience felt it. We wanted to make it memorable and we did that."
