Jennifer Lawrence has spent $7 million on a new house in America.
The actress forked out the seven-figure sum on the five-bedroom Los Angeles-based home which features a gourmet kitchen and home gymnasium.
According to E!, the plush pad also includes a sizeable swimming pool and outside features including a "quaint stone courtyard" leading to a pond full of koi.
This news comes just after rumoured boyfriend Chris Martin spent almost $7 million on a new California home opposite ex Gwyneth Paltrow.
Gwyneth's mother Blythe Danner is even said to have helped Chris move into his new home, featuring five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Chris' Coldplay bandmates are supposedly approving of his relationship with Jennifer, because they believe the two have a lot in common.
A source said: "Although Jennifer is different from Gwyneth, both girls are earthy. They like to play and act silly at times.
"Chris is happy because he and Jennifer are on the same wavelength.
"They found each other when both needed someone new."
Chris and Gwyneth split in March after a decade of marriage, whilst Jennifer was last dating Nicholas Hoult.
